IMAGES TABOVERVIEW
Overview of the Images tab page
  • After startup, the Images tab page is active. This is the main page that you will be using for most maintenance work and for adding new images. The right hand panel shows details and a larger thumbnail of the selected image in the list. The Images tab page
  • A first means for filtering the shown images in the list are the Show with status and Show types check-boxes. Tick all the boxes for which you want corresponding files to be shown in the list.Show with status & Show types
  • For further filtering the shown images: type one or more words in the Filter box and hit the enter key, or click the Filter button.Filter box for keyword filteringOnly files will show up which have the filter word(s) in their keywords. If more than 1 word is typed: all the words must be present, i.e. it is an and relation. You can enter multi-word terms by putting them between quotation marks, "clear sky". Filtering is not case-sensitive, so you don't have to worry about using capitals or not. You can clear the filter box by clicking the button with the red cross. A few examples:
    • dog : find all images with dog in the keywords/terms.
    • dog cute : find all images with dog AND cute in the keywords/terms.
    • blue "clear sky" : find all images with blue AND clear sky in the keywords/terms.

  • Columns: Click on a column header, to sort the list by that column (upwards). Click the header again to change the sorting order to downwards.

  • By default, only a few columns with image data are shown in the list. You can add many more. Right-click on the list column header where you want to insert a new column, and choose: Insert/Move column. The columns already shown are marked with a check-mark. Add/remove and move any columns that suit your needs.Insert/Add columns
  • To maximize your useful screen area, right click on the image list header and click Auto-fit columns. This will automatically set the width for all columns to best fit the contents of the column.Auto-fit columns
  • Another useful option is to show extra information in the header:Header totals
    • Totals: Shows Total values for all images in your portfolio. In the example above: the entire portfolio has 13549 downloads.
    • Sub-totals: Shows Total values for all shown images in the list. If the Filter box is empty, this value will equal the Totals value. In the example above: the shown subset, filtered for the keyword "child" has 6152 downloads.
    • %: Shows the percentage of the Sub-total value in relation to the Total value. In the example above: 45% of the downloads are for the shown/filtered images, i.e. the ones that have "child" as a keyword.
