For assigning categories to your artwork, DeepMeta applies a similar scheme as for keyword assignment: as much data is presented to you as possible. Each panel contains a master category plus related child-categories. Just click the check-box for those categories that apply. All checked categories will appear in the left hand list for easy reference.
Based on the keywords already assigned to the file, DeepMeta will suggest zero or more categories, by highlighting them in bright yellow. You can enable/disable this feature with the Highlight suggestions check box, which also shows the number of suggestions found.
Similar to the keywords panel, the top right hand number displays how many categories have been selected. You can select an unlimited number of categories, but only the first 3 will be sent to iStockphoto.
