In the Image Details window, click the "Categories" tab to bring up the category page for the file.
-
Note that the listed categories are different for Images, Audio and Logos. For Audio: read the comment at the end of this page.
-
For assigning categories to your files, DeepMeta applies a similar scheme as for keyword assignment: as much data is presented to you as possible.
Each panel contains a master category plus related child-categories. Just click the check-box for those categories that apply.
All ticked categories will appear in the left hand list for easy reference. To remove a category: un-tick the check box for the category.
-
Alternatively, to remove a category: click the deletion button of the category entry in the left hand list.
-
Based on the keywords already assigned to the file, DeepMeta will suggest zero or more categories, by highlighting them in bright yellow (or olive,
when the category is selected as well).
You can enable/disable this feature with the Highlight suggestions check box, which also shows the number of suggestions found.
-
Similar to the keywords panel, a number at the top of the dialog window displays how many categories have been selected.
You can select an unlimited number of categories, but only the first 3 will be sent to iStockphoto.
Audio categories:
Since there are over 10000 of different Audio categories, these obviously cannot be listed all on the DeepMeta Category page.
That's why only the Audio categories are shown which have already been used in any of your other Audio files. If you want to use a new Audio
category, you'll have to specify for new audio files, uploaded to the site or by editing one of your existing audio files at the iStockphoto site.
